April 16 was pretty uneventful. Had a bunch of emails to catch up on and that took up most of the day. The Palmer Store opens on Wednesdays, and that was the highlight of the day. A long line forms quickly at the store as soon as it opens and the funny thing is that you can make out long-term Palmer residents from freshies (like me) from what they buy at the store -- veterans only had beer and wine in their baskets whereas freshies mostly bought T-shirts and PS souvenirs.
